Super bright and sunny apartment in a quiet side street in Connewitz. The sleeping and living room face West, the big kitchen with the balcony face East and are just perfect to enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. The bathroom comes with a tub but no window. The apartment is great for singles, couples or young families but I reckon shared housing amongst 2 friends can work as well (there's only one bed!).
UT Connewitz is located in the green back yard, the church bells towards the front ring in the mornings, at noon and in the evenings. Feels a bit like a cute small village tbh.
The neighbors are lovely and very helpful. We sometimes sit together in the green yard and share a coffee, a beer or BBQ.
The cost include wifi, electricity and house insurance. So no additional cost on top.
The apartment is located accros from "Frau Krause" - a traditional beer garden, however it's not very noisy since they close 10pm straight. There's a supermarket right at the door step. Connewitz Kreuz is only 3 mins away. If you like the forest and the lakes - this is the place to be!! You're super fast by bike and can splash away in the water of Cossi and Markkleeberger See.
I'll be in Berlin for work for a while. You can rent the house from 1 to 3 months and possibly longer. Let's discuss the details during the viewing or in a call. I'll leave my personal belongings and furniture in the house but will make room for you, of course.
