...da wir leider aus Leipzig wegziehen werden müssen wir uns von unserer wunderschönen Wohnung trennen.
Das Haus liegt direkt an der Wolfgang-Heinze Straße zwischen Conne Island und UT Connewitz. Straßenbahnhaltestelle der 9 quasi direkt vor der Tür & Wald nur 3 Minuten weg. Hausmitbewohner sind alle ganz lieb und unkompliziert und auch Hunde, Katzen, Hamster sind gar kein Problem.
Die Wohnung ist leider nicht so WG geeignet da sie über eine große Wohnküche und ein kleineres Zimmer verfügt - also bestens für Pärchen oder jemand der sich die Wohnung alleine leisten kann. :)
