Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
ich suche für meine süße 2 Zimmerwohnung einen Nachmieter. Ich ziehe mit meinem Freund zusammen und dadurch wird diese Wohnung mit allem Schnick Schnack frei. In der Wohnung befindet sich ein Tageslichtbad mit Wanne und ein Balkon mit Blick in den grünen Garten. Bei Wunsch können einige Möbel abgekauft werden (z.B. Küche, Waschmaschiene, Schlafzimmer etc).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind genügend in der Nähe vorhanden. Auch Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind fast vor der Tür. In ein paar Gehminuten habt ihr auch den Wildpark erreicht und könnt dort ausgelassene Spaziergänge machen oder einfach mit dem Rad in die Natur. Und ein Tipp für heiße Sommertage: Ein leckerer Eisladen ist auch unten im Haus. ;)
