The entire appartment is up for rent either from the 15th Jan. or 1st Feb. (provided solvency is approved by the real estate office). Until then (from now until 1st Feb) room Nr. 2 is up for rent, yet only has the prime necessities of a bed and a roll closet that you can use to store clothes or whatever other possessions you might have. However, it is enough to get by for a month. Both rooms are 16m² each.
Die Haltestelle 'Hildebrandtstraße' (Tramlinien 11 & 9) ist nicht einmal 1 Minute entfernt und zum Connewitzer S-Bahnhof läuft man ca. 10min. In die Innenstadt fährt man 15min mit der Bahn oder mit dem Fahrrad.
So ziemlich alles, was man sich wünschen könnte, ist zu Fuß innerhalb von 10min erreichbar - (Lebensmittel-)einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker, ausgefallene Kneipen/Bars, kleine und große Konzertvenues, Restaurants/Bistros/Eisdielen (Hotspot für vegetarische/vegane Küche) und kleinere Parks und Grünflächen. Auch ist der Auwald (und der diesem zugehörige Wildpark) gleich um die Ecke - eine Waldfläche von insgesamt 2500 Hektar.
The tram station 'Hildebrandtstraße' (tram lines 11 & 9) is not even a minute away and it's a 10min walk to the Connewitz train station. The inner city and historic downtown area of Leipzig can be reached by tram or bike within 15min.
Nearly everything you could possibly desire is within walking distance - grocery stores, bakeries, unique hangouts/bars, large and small concert venues, restaurants/bistros/ice cream parlors (with extensive vegetarian/vegan options) and smaller parks and green spaces. Leipzig's Auwald is also just around the corner - a forested area of nearly 6200 acres with an intricate trail network!
