Ich ziehe aus meiner gemütlichen 3 Zimmer Dachgeschosswohnung in Connewitz aus.
Zum 1.11. Evtl aber auch schon Ende Oktober.
Die Wohnung hat 2 etwa gleich große Zimmer sowie ein etwas schmaleres Schlaf / Kinderzimmer. Schöne Balken und wirkt trotz der Schrägen groß und hell.
Küche würde ich gern gegen Abschlagszahlung in der Wohnung lassen, habe sie selbst vor 1 Jahr so übernommen und würde auch gern 2 Badregale übergeben. ( zusammen ca 500 Euro VB)
Auch andere Möbel können mit übernommen werden bei Bedarf :)
Besichtigung ist vom 20.9-23.9 und ab 30.9 dann wieder möglich.
