Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 2-Zimmer-Wohnung am Connewitzer Kreuz. Hier erst mal die Eckdaten:
- großes Wohnzimmer (ca. 20 qm) mit Stuck
- Schlafzimmer 14 qm
- große, quadratisch geschnittene Küche
- Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne, Dusche und zwei Waschbecken
- Balkon
- Abstellkammer
Sehr gerne würde ich die Küche mit Herd, Anrichte, Spüle und Spülmaschine sowie die Balkonmöbel für kleines Geld mit übergeben.
Die Wohnung ist im Herzen von Connewitz gelegen. Direkt vor der Tür gibts nen Späti und diverse Restaurants und Imbisse. Supermärkte (Netto, Rewe) sowie Straßenbahnhaltestellen sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch den Wald (auch ca. 10 min zu Fuß entfernt) ist man mit dem Rad schnell am Cospudener See.
Die Wohnung ist WG-geeignet.
Haustierhaltung muss mit dem Vermieter abgesprochen werden, ist aber prinzipiell erlaubt (ich halte selbst einen Hund).
