Die 56 m² schöne, große und helle Altbauwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss in einem Haus mit 6 Mietparteien.
Die gut geschnittene Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Dölitz-Dösen in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße und ist umgeben von viel Grün.
Das große Bad ist mit Badwanne, Waschmaschinenanschluss und Fenster ausgestattet. In Schlaf-, Wohnzimmer und Flur ist Laminat verlegt. Der Bodenbelag in der Küche ist Linoleum.
Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind zu Fuß in knapp 10 min. zu erreichen.
