The apartment is quiet and is 1 minute from the tram stop 16 Wilhelminenstraße and 6 minutes from the S Bahn station Gohlis. The main railway station is only 7 minutes.

The apartment is very bright and already equipped with a kitchen that is included in the price. There are two rooms and a balcony, all facing south. The windows are floor-to-ceiling, and there is a large hallway and a small storage chamber.

The monthly net rental is €907.95, warm €1149.09. The deposit is three times the monthly rent, but can be paid in three monthly rates.

Hey! Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in Eutritzsch.

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und ist 1 Minute von der Haltestelle der Straßenbahn 16 Wilhelminenstraße und 6 Minuten von der S Bahn -Station Gohlis entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es also nur insgesamt 7 Minuten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr hell und bereits mit einer Küche ausgestattet, die im Preis inbegriffen ist. Es gibt zwei Zimmer und einen Balkon, alles zur Südseite ausgerichtet. Die Fenster sind bodentief, zudem gibt es einen großen Flur und eine kleine Abstellkammer.

Die monatliche Nettomiete beträgt 907,95 €, warm 1149,09 €. Die Kaution beträgt das Dreifache der Monatsmiete, kann aber in drei Monatsraten gezahlt werden.
