50 m² große 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der 3. Etage mit Einbauküche inkl. Herd und Kühlschrank, Bad mit Badewanne und Kellerabteil. Das Haus verfügt über einen Aufzug (was natürlich nicht nur für den Umzug toll ist).
Die Nachbarn sind sehr ruhig und halten auch ab und an ne kleine Fete aus.
Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage: Die Innenstadt ist mit der Tram 12 (Virchow-/Coppistr.) innerhalb von 10 min zu erreichen. Tram 4 (Coppiplatz) ist in 6 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
In 10 min läuft man zur S-Bahnhaltestelle Gohlis, die nach Halle fährt. Somit ist die Wohnung auch besonders für Halle/Leipzig-Pendler geeignet.
