Sie besteht aus einem großzügigen Bad, einem Arbeits-oder Schlafzimmer mit großem Dachfenster, welches betraten und als Balkonersatz genutzt werden kann :-). Das offene Wohnzimmer mit komplett ausgestatteter Küche wirkt riesig, da es sich über 2 Etagen erstreckt. Über die Hilztreppe gelangt man in die 2. Etage, auf welcher noch einmal genügend Platz für ein Arbeits-bzw. Schlafzimmer zur Verfügung steht. Außerdem befindet sich ein kleiner Abstellraum in der Wohnung.
Im Herzen vom beliebten und aufstrebenden Stadtviertel Gohlis liegt die Wohnung sehr gut angebunden neben dem S-Bahnhof. (man hört in der Wohnung aber nichts davon ;) )
Die Wohnung beinhtet keine Möbel. Nur Küche und Bad sind komplett ausgestattet.
