Hallo zusammen,
da ich mich vergrößern werde, suche ich so schnell wie möglich eine/n Nachmieter/in für meine schoene Wohnung im beliebten Stadtteil Gohlis. Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten und hat eine separate Küche mot einem großen Balkon. Schlaf und Wohnzimmer sind zwar derselbe Raum, aber es ist trotzdem vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bad hat eine Wanne, die auch als Dusche fungiert. Einen Großteil der Möbel möchte ich dem/der Nachmieter/in vermachen. (wie z.b die Kueche, Sofa, Kleiner Schrank, Garderobe und weiteres nach Absprache)
Die Lage ist super! Eine kleiner Park ist in 3 Min zu erreichen. Die Bahn (10/11/12/4) sind je in 5 Min zu erreichen und man kommt somit in max. 10 Min ins Zentrum. Aldi ist um die Ecke, gegenüber ein Bäcker, und direkt nebenan Uno Pizza :) Zur Innenstadt ist es mit Bahn 10 Minuten!
Je flexibler der Nachmieter ist, umso besser. Unter der Hand werden wir dann alles regeln (zwecks Möbeln, Einzug und so weiter)
Zu erreichen bin ich in der Woche immer ab 17.30 Uhr und am Wochenende ganztags. Eine Besichtigung koennen wir dann auch nach diesem Zeitfenster vereinbaren.
