Alle Zimmer haben Dielenböden, das Badezimmer ist gefliest. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Vorratskammer und einen Gasherd in der Küche, im Flur gibt es weiteren Stauraum (Deckenschrank)
Direkte Anbindung an Tram 10,11,12 und 16. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in ca. 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar, die S-Bahn Haltestelle Gohlis ebenfalls.
Ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden, ein Bäcker und ein Pizzaservice sind direkt im Haus, eine Tankstelle nur 2 min entfernt.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rosental/Zooschaufenster.
Eine Besichtigung kann jederzeit per Mail () vereinbart werden. Vorzugsweise wochentags ab 17 Uhr, wenn für uns machbar aber auch gerne kurzfristig.
