Hallo!
Wir wollen unsere hübsche 2-Raum-Wohnung im Süden Gohlis zwischenvermieten, und zwar bis Juli oder August. Sie liegt in einem sanierten Altbau in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist nur 5-10min. vom Stadtzentrum entfernt per Bahn/Rad. Die 2 Zimmer könnten natürlich auch einzeln zwischenvermietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist hell, hat Telefon, DSL, Waschmaschine. Das Bad ist sehr groß mit zwei Fenstern und hat Badewanne und Dusche. Die Küche ist auch fertig eingerichtet und groß. Die Zimmer sind mit Laminat.
Die Wohnung hat 64m² und kostet warm 440 Euro pro Monat. Aber es lohnt sich!
