Wo ist der/ die passende Mieter/in? Suche jetzt kurzfristig jemand Sympathisches vertrauenswürdiges Geschöpf, der auch mal nach meiner Post sehen kann. Bevorzugt jemand der beschäftigt ist, und beruflich in Leipzig zwischenlandet . Die Wohnung ist hell und großzügig geschnitten, auch die Küche und das Bad sind hell und groß. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich. Da ich die Wohnung aufgeben möchte wäre auch eine Übernahme Ende Mai denkbar.
Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, 10 Minuten Nähe zur Natur , zum Cospudener See und Richtung Innenstadt ist es auch nicht weit. Die öffentlichen Tram 3 fahren gleich vor der Tür und keine Minute entfernt ist ein Einkaufszentrum mit allem was man braucht.
Ich suche jemanden zuverlässig und mit dem man sich absprechen kann. Wichtig jemand der die Post annehmen kann. Alles weitere im persönlichen Gespräch.
