Die Wohnung ist Teilsaniert. Die Innentüren sind neu, neue Lichtschalter, neuer PVCboden mit Holzoptik und gestrichene Tapeten. In den 64 qm kann am alles unterbringen was man braucht. Zu einer Besichtigung kann man nach vereinbahrung vorbei kommen. In dem einen Zimmer befindet sich derzeit eine Matraze, ein Regal und ein Tisch... diese können mit übernommen werden. In dem aneren sind ein Bett, eine Komode und ein Schreibtisch. Im Wohnzimmer ist ein Sofa, ein Tisch, eine Wohnwand, Esstisch, Stühle und ein Fernseher. Die Küche ist komplett.
Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Grünauer Zentrum nahe dem Allee Center (ein Einkaufszentrum mit dm, Apotheke, Rewe, Aldi, Post uvm). Die SBahn ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus, damit fährt man aber in der Regel nicht (kommt nur alle halbe Stunde). Die Straßenbahnen 1 u 2 sind 8 Minuten vom Haus entfernt und die Linie 8 u 15 sind 10 Minuten entfernt. In Grünau gibt es kaum Restaurants, aber man ist nahe an den Hippen Stadtteilen Lindenau und Plagwitz. Die Uni erreicht man in ca 25 Minuten, den Hbf in 23. Am Statdrand ist der schöne Kulkwitzer See. Ein Park ist etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Haus entfernt. Es gibt auch eine Skaterhalle 10 Minuten entfernt. In die Natur (Felder) kommt man wenn man 20 Minuten in Richtung Süden oder Norden läuft. Einen Ausschauhügel gibt es auch 25 Minuten.
Bitte nur mit Schufaauskunft, Job und Vorvermieterbescheinigung, da die Wohnung über die LWB vermietet wird.
