Das Haus in dem sich sich die Wohnung befindet ist ein gut (solide) und anschaulich sanierter Altbau. Grund des Auszuges ist schlicht eine Verkleinerung.
Zugehörig zum Hof des Hauses befindet sich ein schöner kl. Garten mit Bäumen.
Weiter ist der Hof - und somit auch der Hintereingang vom Haus auch durch eine separate Hofeinfahrt zugänglich. (für alle Radfahrer immer sehr erfreulich)
Zuweilen wohnen im Haus allesamt Mitbewohner, mit denen man im Grunde nur zurecht kommen kann. Für Eindrücke zur Wohnung selbst, bitte siehe Bilder.
Eine Anbindung zu Bus, Bahn & S-Bahn ist tadellos.
Die Wohnung ist gepflegt (wird natürlich auch noch mal gewienert) und beinhaltet keine bösen Überraschungen.
Weiter ist sie für WG´s geeignet, was vom Vermieter auch akzeptiert würde.
