Hallo liebe alle, eine möblierte 50m² 1,5Zimmer-Wohnung in der Idastr. 10.01.23 – 10.01.24, Miete (inkl. Strom und Internet) 507€ + Gas. Kaution: 1500€
Ich habe sehr viel für Gas bezahlt (285€ - das war für 2Leute mit Sicherheitspuffer berechnet.) Für 1Person sind die Tarife für eine 60m² Wohnung bei 120€. Miete total sind dann: 627€.
Die aktuelle Untermieterin ist abgesprungen, weil sie spontan ein WG-Zimmer angeboten bekommen hat. Daher suche ich eine Person, die gern allein oder mit Partner:in wohnen will.

I paid a lot for gas (285€ - that was calculated for 2 ppl with a big safety buffer.) For 1 person you get a rate for a 60m² apartment for 120€. total is then: 627€.
The current subtenant jumped off, because she got offered a WG room after all. Therefore, I am looking for a person who would like to live alone or with a partner.

Nähe Eisenbahnstr. Viele Trams und Busse,
Keine hohen Bäume und hohen Häuser vor den Fenstern= Viel Licht, da hauptsächlich Südseite.

No tall trees and tall houses in front of the windows= Lots of light, as mainly south side.

Ziemlich junge Umgebung und alles in der Umgebung fußläufig vorhanden, du wirst den Kiez nie verlassen:
Supermärkte, Parks, Kneipen, Freundliche Nachbar:innen, deine neue große Liebe ;)
