The apartment is very bright throughout and is very spacious due to the kitchen.
The bedroom is very quiet with windows to the courtyard and it usually remains cool in the summer because only Vormitags briefly blinks the sun. It is great for couples, and also goes well as individual, to live here.


There is a good connection to the public transport network, the tram is reachable in 3 min on foot and the S-Bahn in 15 min.
The centre is reached from home with both variants in about 20 min.
But the best way to drive in Leipzig by bike! :)

10 min on foot and you are in the Auenwald to turn something through to breath, or with the dog a round.
There is also a little dog who lived here with me....for animal hair allergy sufferers!

for shopping there is a beautiful organic shop near and Aldi,Consum and Rewe are also around the corner.

The best cafe with beautiful music is, of course, just around the corner in the "Cafe Vinyl" and if it's supposed to go to Plagwitz to the Karl-Heine-Str.

Die Wohnung ist im gesamten sehr hell und wirkt durch die Wohnküche sehr geräumig.
Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr ruhig mit fenster zum Innenhof und es bleibt meistens kühl im Sommer da nur Vormitags kurz die Sonne reinblinzelt. Es ist super für Paare, und geht aber auch gut als Einzelperson, hier zu Wohnen.


Es gibt eine gute Anbindung ans öffentliche Verkehrsnetz, die Tram ist in 3 min zufuß erreichbar und die S-Bahn in 15 min.
Man erreicht das Zentrum von zuhause aus mit beiden Varianten in ca. 20 min.
Doch am besten fährt man in Leipzig mit dem Fahrrad! :)

10 min zufuß und man ist im Auenwald, um mal etwas durch zu Atmen, oder mit dem Hund eine runde zu drehen.
Es gibt auch einen kleinen hund der hier mit mir gelebt hat.....für Tierhaaralergiker!

zum einkaufen gibts einen schönen Bioladen in der nähe und Aldi,Konsum und Rewe sind auch ums Eck.

Den besten Cafe mit schöner Musik gibts natürlich auch gleich ums Eck im "Cafe Vinyl" und wenn es am wochenende doch mal Steil gehen soll empfehle ich nach Plagwitz in die Karl-Heine-Str. zu gehn, da ist für alle was dabei!
