Hallo Zusammen,
wir suchen für 4 Monate zuverlässige und freundliche Untermieter für unsere Wohnung am Lindenauer Markt. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, gut ausgelegt, komplett möbliert und hat eine super Lage.
Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock und man schaut über die Dächer von Leipzig. Die Sonne geht auf der Seite des Balkons / des Schlafzimmers auf und wandert mittags zum Wohnzimmer und zur Küche. Dadurch ist es in der Wohnung tagsüber hell. Im Winter ist es durch die gute Isolierung und die Sonne durchgehend warm, ohne dass man viel heizen muss. Im Sommer dagegen bleibt die Wohnung durch gute Belüftung angenehm kühl.
Vom Flur aus erreicht man die Küche, die zwei Zimmer und das Bad.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet inklusive Esstisch, Stühlen, neuwertigem Herd, Kühlschrank, Besteck, Teller, Kochutensilien, Pfannen, Töpfen, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Espressokanne und einer kleinen gemütlichen Sitzecke.
Im Wohnzimmer befinden sich eine Ledercouch, eine Kommode, ein Wohnzimmertisch und ein Arbeitsplatz. Wir lassen auch einen Projektor da, welcher gern für Filmabende genutzt werden kann.
In dem Schlafzimmer stehen unter anderem ein Doppelbett und eine Kommode für Kleidung. Wir haben hier einen zweiten Arbeitsplatz eingerichtet. Von hier gelangt man auf den großen Balkon, von welchem man zum gemeinsam genutzten Garten hinunterschaut.
Das Bad ist sehr geräumig, es gibt eine Badewanne und Waschmaschine.
Die Nachbarn sind allesamt sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

We are looking for reliable and friendly subtenants for our apartment close to Lindenauer Markt for 4 months. The apartment is sunny, well laid out, fully furnished and perfectly located.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor so you basically look over the roofs of Leipzig. The sun rises on the side of the balcony and the bedroom, then moves to the living room and kitchen. As a result, the apartment is bright during the whole day. In winter, the good insulation and the sun keep it warm without having to use a lot of heating. In summer, the apartment stays pleasantly cool thanks to good ventilation.
From the hallway you reach the kitchen, the two rooms and the bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped including a dining table, chairs, a new stove, refrigerator, cutlery, plates, cooking utensils, pans, pots, toaster, kettle, espresso pot and a small, comfortable seating area.
The living room has a leather couch, a chest of drawers, a coffee table and a workplace. We also leave a projector, which can be used for movie nights.
The bedroom has a double bed and a chest of drawers for clothes. We have set up a second workplace here. From here you can access the large balcony, from which you can look down on the shared garden.
The bathroom is very spacious, there is a bathtub and a washing machine.
The neighbors are all very nice and helpful.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Lindenau, etwa 1 Minute Fußweg zum Lindenauer Markt. Dort kann man jeden Mittwoch und Freitag frisch und günstig Gemüse, Früchte etc. einkaufen. Ein großer Kaufland Supermarkt und ein Konsum sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Am Markt gibt es alle üblichen Geschäfte, inkl. Apotheke, Post, Drogeriemarkt, Friseur usw.
In der Nähe gibt es auch viele leckere Restaurants.
Zu der belebten Karl-Heine-Straße und in die andere Richtung zur Georg-Schwarz-Straße sind es jeweils 10 Minuten Fußweg. Dort findet man ebenfalls jede Menge Bars, Cafés, Restaurants und ein Kino.
Parks, Kanäle, das Elsterbecken und der Wald sind allesamt zu Fuß erreichbar. Man kann von hier aus sehr schön spazieren gehen.
Zur Innenstadt ist man durch die Haltestelle Lindenauer Markt gut angebunden. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in etwa 12 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es ebenfalls sehr schnell. Auto kann man hier auch ohne Probleme parken.

The apartment is in the heart of Lindenau, about 1-minute walk to Lindenauer Markt. There you can buy local, fresh and cheap vegetables, fruit etc. every Wednesday and Friday. A large Kaufland and a smaller Konsum supermarkets can be reached in 3 minutes. The market has all the usual shops, including a pharmacy, post office, drugstore, hairdresser, etc.
There are also many delicious restaurants nearby.
It is a 10-minute walk to both the lively Karl-Heine-Straße and Georg-Schwarz-Straße. There you will also find plenty of bars, cafes, restaurants and a cinema.
Parks, canals, the Elster basin and the forest are all within walking distance. You can go for a nice walk from here.
The Lindenauer Markt stop is well connected to the city centre. The tram takes you to the main train station in about 12 minutes. Cycling from here is also super easy. You can park your car here without any problems.

Internet und Strom sind im Preis inklusive. Wir würden für euren Einzug Platz schaffen, würden aber gleichzeitig Bücher, Pflanzen etc. dalassen. Ihr könnt gern alles nutzen und es wäre super, wenn ihr die Pflanzen während unserer Abwesenheit gießen könntet.
Die Wohnung kann ab sofort besichtigt werden. Um eine Besichtigung zu vereinbaren oder falls es Fragen gibt, einfach kurz anschreiben. Bitte bringt bei der Besichtigung folgende Unterlagen mit:
