Zum wohlfühlen hast du einen schönen Balkon, eine Eckbadewanne und eine gemütliche Couch im Wohnzimmer.

Die Tram (3min zu Fuß), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl 5min, Späti 100m), Cafes, Restaurants, sowie ein großes Kulturelles Angebot ist praktisch direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt aber sehr ruhig und ist ein schöner Ausgangspunkt um Leipzig zu entdecken. Der Westen lädt wunderbar zum entspannen und verweilen ein, auch Parks und Wälder sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
