da ich nach meinem Studium aus Leipzig wegziehe, suche ich ab März 2020 einen neuen Mieter!
Die Wohnung umfasst ein großes und sehr helles Wohnzimmer mit angebundener Küche sowie ein geräumiges Schlafzimmer.
Die Wohnung wurde im August 2018 saniert. Für den Fall, dass du/ihr meinen Mietvertrag übernimmt, bleibt die Wohnung somit in gutem Zustand und vor allem günstig!
Es besteht die Möglichkeit einige Möbel inkl. Waschmaschine für einen geringen Aufpreis zu übernehmen. Zu der Wohnung gehört ebenfalls ein geräumiges Kellerabteil und ein separater Fahrradkeller.
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten vom Lindenauer Markt entfernt. Eine Tramstation, die innerhalb von 10 Minuten in das Zentrum fährt, liegt direkt um die Ecke. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden befinden sich eine Vielzahl an Cafés, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit einige Möbel inkl. Waschmaschine für einen geringen Aufpreis zu übernehmen.

since I will be moving away from Leipzig due to work reasons, I am looking for a new tenant!
The apartment is comprised of a spacious and bright living room including a kitchen and a bedroom.
The apartment has been renovated in 2018 and the kitchen is quite modern. Due to the fact that you will be taking over my lease, you will take over an apartment which is still in good shape at a reasonably cheap price.
Furthermore, you would have the chance to take over some of the furniture including a washing machine for a small fee. The apartment also includes a spacious cellar and a separate cellar for bicycles and such.
The apartments is only a few minutes away from Lindenauer Markt. A tram which takes you to the city centre within 10 minutes is right around the corner. Within reach of the apartment you will find a variety of cafes, restaurants and shopping opportunities.
