Die helle Wohnung ist ideal für Singles oder Pärchen. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Küchenecke mit Waschmaschine, sowie einem Ess- und Sitzbereich. Das Bad liegt in der Mitte der Wohnung und ist mit einer einfachen Dusche funktionell gehalten. Das Schlafzimmer ist geräumig mit Blick in den ruhigen Innenhof.
Ab Sonntag könnt ihr die Wohnung zwischenmieten, nach Absprache vielleicht auch schon eher.
Diverse Bars, Cafés und Spätis sind direkt vor der Tür, auch die Tram 7. Tram 8 und 15 sind nicht weit, ebenso Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Wald ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
In 15 Min ist man mit dem Rad im Zentrum beziehungsweise am Hauptbahnhof.
Leider gibt es kein WLAN.
