Unsere Wohnung in der Georg-Schumann-Straße wird zum 1.8.2009 frei und bietet viel Platz für wenig Geld. Die Fenster sind alle erneuert, weshalb man vom Straßenlärm kaum etwas mitbekommt. Zwei große Zimmer (geschätzt: 17 und 20 m²) machen die Wohnung durchaus WG-tauglich. Ein recht großes Tageslicht-Bad mit Badewanne sowie eine möblierte Küche sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Stadt kann man mit Fahrrad durchs Rosenthal oder mit der Straßenbahn bequem erreichen (etwa 15 Minuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind Norma und Kaufland um die Ecke.
