Wohnzimmer: ca. 30 qm inkl. Flur und offener Wohnküche + ca. 7 qm Balkon/Terasse (teilüberdacht)
Schlafzimmer: ca. 15 qm
Bad: ca. 10 qm (Wanne, Waschmaschine)
Vorhanden und nutzbar sind: Einbauküche mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Spüle, Spülmaschine etc., Couchtisch, Sessel, Bücherschrank, div. Regale, Schlafmatratze, großer Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Flurschränkchen und alles so etwas...
Die Wohnung ist nicht etwa toll, sie ist großartig! Sie ist nicht etwa ruhig, sie ist verdammt leise! Es stehen nicht etwa ein paar Bäume in der Nähe, sie trohnt unverstellt vor dem Grün.
Tram und S-Bahn: 5 min Fußweg.
Autobahnauffahrt: etwa 10 min per Auto
Laufen oder Fahrradfahren im Grünen: sofort
Monatliche Gesamtmiete (inkl. Mietnebenkosten und Parkplatz vor der Tür): € 460.
