Liebevoll eingerichtete 3-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Loggia sucht für den Monat August wegen Aufenthalt im Ausland einen Zwischenmieter! Die gesamte Wohnung inkl. Geräte ist nutzbar.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer großen Küche, einem Bad mit Wanne, einem Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer und einem Arbeitszimmer.
Blumen gießen und Briefkasten leeren wärer wünschenswert. :-)
Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Grünen, in der Nähe zum Lindenauer Hafen und Karl-Heine-Kanal. Bus und Bahn sind jeweils nur 5min. zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad oder der Tram benötigt man ca. 20min. zum Hauptbahnhof. Logistisch günstige Lage auch für Autofahrer. Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Fahrradkeller kann gerne mit genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung, geraucht werden kann problemlos im Hof. Haustiere sind ggf. erlaubt, kommt auf die Größe an. :-) Ansonsten ist nichts Besonderes zu beachten. Ich werde den Kleiderschrank frei räumen, die Waschmaschine kann natürlich genutzt werden, die Wäsche kann in der Loggia aufgehangen werden und WLAN steht natürlich auch zur Verfügung.
