Hallo an alle,
ich suche einen Nachmieter für unsere 2Zimmer Wohnung um sanierten Altbau. Die Wohnung befindet sich im EG, hat ein schönes großes Bad mit Tageslicht und Badewanne, eine großzügige Küche mit Essplatz und Küche, 2 Zimmer über 15qm und gartennutzung ist inklusive.
Der Garten ist schön angelegt, die Hausbewohner nett und freundlich. Wir(eine zweier WG) haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt, da auch die Zentrumsnähe (10min Fußweg) für unternehmenslustige Menschen optimal ist. Doch aus beruflichen Gründen, müssen wir die Wohnung aufgeben.
