The apartment has 2 equally sized, bright rooms with laminate flooring, a spacious daylight bathroom with tub and a large mirror. The kitchen is equipped with a new built-in kitchen.
Since the 2 rooms are similar in size, this apartment is suitable for WG. Both rooms are facing the street (quiet side street) and have 2 large windows each.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der nähe vom Herzen Reudnitz-Thonberg. Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle ist 2 Minuten entfernt, Kaufland (von 6-22h geöffnet), Rossmann, Apotheken, Frisöre, Blumenladen, Bäckerei, Pizzaläden, diverse Dönerläden und Spätis sind in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft zu finden (4 Minute Fußweg). In die Innenstadt kommt man wahlweise in 25 Minuten zu Fuß oder in 8 Minuten mit Bahn oder Fahrrad. Von der Haltestelle fahren die Linien 4, 7, 70, 72 und 73.

The apartment is very centrally located near the heart of Reudnitz-Thonberg. A bus and tram stop is 2 minutes away, Kaufland (open from 6-22h), Rossmann, pharmacies, hairdressers, flower stores, a bakery, pizza stores, various kebab stores and Spätis can be found in the immediate neighborhood (4 minute walk). The city center can be reached in 25 minutes by foot or in 8 minutes by train. Lines 4, 7, 70, 72 and 73 leave from the stop.
Meine Frau und ich sind erst im April dieses Jahres in die Wohnung eingezogen und haben angefangen sie von Grund auf neu eingerichtet, aber wir ziehen jetzt aus, weil wir eine neue berufliche Chance in einer anderen Stadt bekommen haben. Alle Möbel und Elektrogeräte die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind plus die Küchenutensilien müssen übernommen werden (außer die Nintendo Switch :P). Eine detaillierte Liste kann ich zukommen lassen.
Ich bin über WhatsApp und E-Mail zu erreichen und brauche normalerweise nicht länger als 2 Tage, um zu antworten.

My wife and I had just moved into the appartment this past April and started equipping it from scratch but we are moving out now due to a new professional opportunity in a different city. All furniture and electrical appliances that can be seen in the pictures plus the kitchen utensils must be taken over (except the Nintendo Switch :P). I can send a detailed list.
