Big Flat in Leipzig Ost

Flat with excellent location, only five minutes by tram from the city center and Hbf (walking distance approx. 25 minutes). There is a tram stop just three blocks from the building. You can find several supermarkets in the area, within five minutes by bike or on foot. Also, Neustadt is one of Leipzig's most culturally active neighborhoods, so there is always an event or shop to visit nearby. On the main street, Eisenbahnsraße, you will find a wide range of food shops, restaurants, and night bars. The flat is rented fully equipped, there is a dishwasher in the kitchen and a washing machine in the bathroom, and of course internet. All of them are to your service. The small room is 16 sqm and the big room is 25 sqm.

As it is a short stay, there is no possibility of registration in the city office. Still, we want to be sure we are leaving our home in the right hands, so we are happy to hear about you and your reason for staying. Also a deposit will be required in case of emergencies, which will be returned immediately at the end of the stay. We will make a small contract so everything is settled and arranged before :)
