Die Wohnung ist wunderschön hell, hat Parkettboden und die klassisch grünen Fenster von Plagwitz. Das Schlafzimmer geht zur Alten Straße, das Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Balkon zum ruhigen Innenhof. Auf dem Balkon hat man von morgens bis Nachmittag Sonne. Das Bad hat ein Tageslicht Oberfenster zum Wohnzimmer und beitet genügend Platz für eine Waschmaschine, an die Badewanne ist eine Glas Duschwand angebracht. Es gibt sehr liebe Nachbarn, Tiere sind erlaubt. Meine Küche den Badspiegel und Gardinenstangen überlasse ich für einen Abschlag von 2000€
Die Alte Straße liegt wunderschön ruhig aber zentral in Plagwitz, die 34 hält direkt am Ende der Alten Straße, die Kanäle sind um die Ecke, ebenso der Clara Park und die Zschochersche und Karl- Heine. Der Aldi ist Fußläufig, ebenso Rewe Rossmann und Edeka. Der Balkon ist total ruhig, mit Vogelgesang im Frühjahr.
Ich wohne hier sehr gerne, jedoch wird es mit Kind und Partner doch viel zu eng und wir suchen dringend eine gemeinsame Wohnung mit mehr Platz. Vielleicht löst sich eure WG bald auf oder es wohnt eh nurnoch eine Person darin. Da wir beide im Homeoffice arbeiten suchen wir mind. 4 Zimmer oder gut geschnittene 3. Ein nicht tot sanierter Altbau mit schönen Holzböden nicht im EG oder DG, bestmöglich im Westen, da wir jedoch schon sehr lange suchen erweitern wir den Radius wenn die Wohnung passt. Wir freuen uns über Angebote :)
