Unsere WG verstreut sich ein wenig und so suchen wir zum 1.10. Nachmieter für unsere wunderbare Wohnung. Sie befindet sich in einem saniertem Altbau, hat sechs Zimmer (keine Durchgangszimmer) zwischen 12 und 21,5 qm, eine 20qm große Wohnküche sowie zwei Bäder, davon eins mit Badewanne. In den nächsten vier Wochen wird noch ein Balkon an die Küche gebaut, im Hinterhof gibt es etwas gartenähnliches. Die sonstigen Hausbewohner sind nett, um die Ecke ist ein großartiger Bäcker, nicht weit von hier Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, die Elster-Passagen usw.
Der Bus 60 fährt quasi vor der Tür, der S-Bahnhof Plagwitz ist zu Fuß in fünf Minuten erreichbar; ebenfalls die Tram 3 und 13.
