Ich suche zum 01. Februar 2019 (ggf. auch erst ab 15. Februar) einen Nachmieter für meine helle 3-Zimmer Wohnung gegenüber der Schaubühne Lindenfels.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, hat 3 Zimmer auf ca. 57 qm sowie eine Küche, ein Duschbad und einen Flur. Zwei der Zimmer sowie die Küche liegen zur Straße. Das dritte Zimmer mit kleinem französischen Balkon (er ist wirklich sehr klein, man kann dort nicht sitzen, allerdings prima Kräuter und Pflanzen züchten) liegt zum ruhigen Hinterhof (siehe Grundriss).
Besonders ist die Teilung der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer durch eine Glaswand (siehe Fotos).
Zentral gelegen mit direkter Anbindung an Straßenbahn und Bus.
Kultur & Kunst, Bars & Restaurants sowie EInkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Eine Waschmaschine sowie ein Elektroherd, Spüle und Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach können gerne übernommen werden.
