I am sub-leasing my nice flat as of mid March until the end of June. It's all furnished and fully equipped.
Rent includes everything: heating, electricity, water, internet flat.
In case you want to stay for a shorter period let me know (minimum would be 1 month).
Ideal for singles or a couple to have a cosy place for their stay in leipzig. Especially now with spring coming up you'll have a great time here and lot's of sunny moments at the balcony.
It's just 2 minutes away from Karl-Heine street which has some nice and hip bars, cafes, restaurants, small galleries etc. Also, Karl-Heine canal is nearby for walking.
Just 10 minutes walk from the famous gallery "Spinnerei". Two parks only 5 minutes away by bike, city center 10-15 minutes.
Also, I am considering leaving my flat completely at the end of June in case things work out for me at the city I am going to for work now. You could take over my renting contract and all of my furniture then.
