Zwei schicke und normal große Zimmer, beide mit Zugang zum Balkon, offene Küche, sehr entspanntes Wohnen für Singles - ich habe mich immer sehr wohl gefühlt. :)
Bad, Flur und Küche sind recht klein, dadurch fallen die Zimmer selbst groß aus. Das Bad hat eine Wanne und ausreichend Platz für eine Waschmaschine. Im Schlafzimmer finden auch große Schränke (Pax!) Platz, ohne optisch zu stören.
Lage in der Nähe des Lene-Voigt-Parkes, Straßenbahnhaltestelle der Linie 4 ist drei gemächliche Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, diverse Supermärkte und Bäcker ebenfalls - die Infrastruktur stimmt. Das Stadtzentrum und damit die Uni befindet sich in erlaufbarer Entfernung, ca 20 Minuten bei gemächlichem Tempo.
Die Wohnung steht ab 1.8. garantiert frei, ich suche einen Nachmieter. Bezogenen werden kann die Wohnung nach Absprache auch schon bis zu 14 Tagen vorher.
