Es steht eine vollausgestattete Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen-/Herdkombination zur Verfügung.
Die 3 Zimmer sind WG- tauglich. Das wunderschöne helle Wohnzimmer verführt mit Deckenstuk.
Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Auf dem Balkon kann man die Seele baumeln lassen, lesen, oder die Sonne genießen.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 5 min von der nächsten TRAM- Haltestelle (Riebeck-/Oststr.), sowie ALDI, REWE, Bäckerei entfernt.
Zur Medizinuni benötigt man 5 min mit dem Fahrrad und ca. 10 min ins Stadtzentrum.
Auch ein schöner Park (Lene-Voigt- Park) liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Leider steht aufgrund von Umzug kein Bett, Sofa zur Verfügung.
Bei Bedarf kann ich eine 1,40x1,80m große Matratze anbieten.
