• 3 von 4 Räumen zeigen Richtung Süden und in den ruhigen Hinterhof
• top ausgestattete Küche inklusive Gasherd
• bitte nicht in der Wohnung rauchen
Alle Wohn-Konstellationen (WG, Paar, allein) sind möglich, die beiden Zimmer liegen getrennt voneinander und das Bett ist die typischen 140cm breit. Momentan ist das große Zimmer ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofa. Ein zweites Bett kann ich bei Bedarf besorgen.

die belebte Eisenbahnstraße ist innerhalb eines kurzen Spaziergangs erreicht, andere Bars und ein Club liegen sogar auf dem Weg dorthin

the infamous Eisenbahnstraße with it's bars and hangover breakfast spots is only a stone's throw from here, too
Schreibt mir all eure Fragen! Ich bin flexibel. Mir ist vor allem wichtig, dass ich die Wohnung in gute Hände geben kann solange ich weg bin :)
