Da meine neue Wohnung in Berlin viel kleiner ist, muss ich einige Möbel in Leipzig lassen.
Daher bitte nur Anfragen, wenn du dir vorstellen kannst folgende Möbel zu übernehmen:
Küche: (Herd, Arbeitsplatte, Unterschränke, eingebaute Mülleimer, Regale, Kühlschrank, Spülbecken) 350€
Balkonmöbel: ( Sitzecke + Polster, Regenplane) 200€ + Tisch,Sonnenschirm gratis
Badezimmer: (Waschmaschine, Duschwand, Regal, Spiegel, selbstgebautes "Regal" um Waschmaschine) 120€ +Unterschrank gratis
Wohnzimmer (Sofa) 200€ + Bücherregal+ Teppich gratis
Bettgestell+ Lattenrost :130€
Schreibtisch: gratis
Außerdem verpflichtet man sich für ein Jahr in der Wohnung zu bleiben und es handelt sich um eine Staffelmiete.
2024 beträgt die Kaltmiete: 463,05€
2025 beträgt die Kaltmiete: 486,20€
