Ich vermiete meine helle, ruhige Wohnung für 2,5 Wochen im Sommer, da ich selbst in der Zeit nicht da bin.
Die Wohnung ist geeignet für bis zu 2 Personen (ein 1,60m Bett im Schlafzimmer).
Es gibt ein großes helles Wohnzimmer, ein kleines Bad mit Badewanne, ein Schlafzimmer mit Verdunklungsrollo, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit einer kleinen Sitzecke und ein Nordbalkon, der in den Hinterhof geht.

I am renting out my flat in the time that I am on vacation.
The flat is quiet and surrounded by trees, there is a balcony, a kitchen with a seating corner, a living room with a big sofa and a sleeping room with a 1,6m wide bed.
The flat is suitable for a single person or a couple.
Die Wohnung liegt 3 Minuten vom Südplatz mit vielen Cafes, Restaurants und dem ÖPNV entfernt, ist aber sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Der Blick ist daher sehr schön.
Wenn ihr bei mir übernachten wollt, meldet euch gerne. :)
Rauchen ist auf dem Balkon erlaubt.
