Dear people,

as I have to take off at short notice, I offer my beautiful 3-room apartment with balcony and bathtub for intermediate rental.I will leave the kitchen, dressing bar, bed/or mattress and after arrangement things in the apartment so that it can be well-located if no own things are brought.
The location is perfectly connected to all corners of Leipzig. A bus stop,Karli and S-Bahn MDR are within walking distance. Supermarket (Aldi/Consum) are not directly next to, but also within walking distance or by bike.
The apartment has 2 rooms to the front and one to the back in the yard.Because it is a co-operative apartment, the price is unbeatable.After request, I can present the rental contract so that the real rent can be seen.
The apartment is terminated at the end of 08/25, so I have to do some things in it so that rental is only possible until the weekend of the end of August.

Liebe Leute,

da ich kurzfristig ausziehen muss,biete ich meine schöne 3-Zimmerwohnung mit Balkon und Badewanne zur Zwischenmiete an.Ich werde die Küche,Kleiderstange,Bett/oder Matratze und nach Absprache Dinge in der Wohnung lassen, damit es es sich gut Wohnen lässt, falls keine eigenen Dinge mitgebracht werden.
Die Lage ist in perfekter Anbindung zu allen Ecken Leipzig.Gegenüber befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle,Karli und S-Bahn MDR sind fußläufig zu erreichen.Supermarkt (Aldi/Konsum)sind zwar nicht direkt neben an, aber auch fußläufig oder mit Rad zu erreichen.Nach Wunsch kann auch ein Rad ausgeliehen werden.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer nach vorne und eins nach hinten in den Hof raus.Da es eine Genossenschaftswohnung ist, ist der Preis unschlagbar.Nach Wunsch kann ich gerne den Mietvertrag vorlegen, damit die reale Miete ersichtlich ist.
Die Wohnung ist zum Ende 08/25 gekündigt, ich muss dann also noch einige Dinge darin erledigen, so dass Vermietung nur bis zu dem Wochenende Ende August möglich ist.
