Zur Info: Ich schreibe die Anzeige für einen Bekannten, der die Wohnung in der Südvorstadt aus beruflichen Gründen nur zeitweise bewohnt.
Das zu vergebende Zimmer ist 20qm groß, voll möbliert mit Doppelbett, Couch, Kleiderschrank, Fernseher und Schreibtisch. Es gibt Internet, Küche (mit Balkon), Badezimmer mit Wanne, Fenster und Waschmaschine. Bettwäsche und Handtücher können benutzt werden.

I'm helping a friend to rent a room in his fully equipped flat in Südvorstadt. As he is working a lot out of town, he wants to find somebody to share the entire facilities such as Kitchen with balcony, bathroom with window and tub, washing machine, internet and tv.
the room itself is fully equipped as well with a double bed with bed linen, couch, desk, chair and wardrobe. It could be used by a couple as well.
