Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei großen Zimmern mit hohen Decken
und Flügeltüren. Sofern die Wohnung alleine bewohnt wird, können die schönen Flügeltüren abtrennen oder den Wohnbereich noch größer machen.
Die Wohnung bleibt ausgestattet mit Küche, Herd, Waschmaschine, Kommoden, WLAN, etc.
Die Zimmer sind dank dem 3. Stock und der West-Ausrichtung hell und warm. Das Bad hat ein großes Fenster und auch die Küche ist für die Gesamtgröße der Wohnung sehr großzügig ausgelegt.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der belebten Karl-Liebknecht-Str., Haltestelle Hohe Str. (Tram 10 und 11).
Es gibt zahlreiche Bäcker, Apotheken, Supermärkte (Aldi, Konsum, Rewe) in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt in 10min zu erreichen. Bars und Restaurants direkt ums Eck.
Die S-Bahn ist mit der Tram (2 Stationen) oder zu Fuß (7min) zu erreichen.
