Ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine schöne 2 Zimmer Wohnung in der Südvorstadt.
Wohn-und Schlafzimmer sowie der Flur sind mit Dielenböden ausgestattet, in der Küche wurde ein Laminatboden verlegt. Das Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, Badewanne und separater Dusche ist halbhoch
weiß gefließt und hat ein Fenster.
Die Wohnung ist teilsaniert und daher glücklicherweis nicht kaputtsaniert, das heißt man findet noch Doppelfenster aus Holz sowie die originalen Holztüren und Holzböden vor.
Hervorragend WG-geeignet, da vom Flur aus alle Zimmer zugänglich sind.
Die Südvorstadt bietet viele Ausgehmöglichichkeiten (unweit die Karl-Liebknecht-Strasse!), Clubs wie Distillery sowie IFZ befinden sich in unmittlerbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung liegt sehr verkehrsgünstig, nahe S-Bahn-Haltestelle MDR, sowie 3 Straßenbahnlinien! Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
