Ein riesen Pluspunkt der Wohnung ist das Bad mit einer Eckbadewanne und einer Dusche.
Eine Küchenzeile ist schon vorhanden mit Ofen, ein Kühlschrank fehlt allerdings noch.
Ansonsten gibt es einen großen Wohnbereich, welcher zum Flur hin offen ist und ein abgetrenntes Schlafzimmer.
Zur Wohnung hinzu gibts noch ein seperaten Platz für die Waschmaschine im Keller und einen Stellplatz fürs Fahrrad.
Die Wohnung liegt an der Karli. Ein Bäcker und eine Pizzaria sind unten im Haus. Hier ist immer was los egal ob Bar oder Restaurant, man findet schnell was zum abhängen. Direkt vor der Haustür ist auch die Tramstation Karl Liebknecht-Kurt Eisener Straße. Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt oder in einem Park. Die Uni erreicht man schnell.:)
Sollten Studenten die Wohnung mieten, welche noch kein eigenes Einkommen haben, muss ein Elternteil als Mietmieter mit in den Mietvertrag.
