Hallihallo,
da ich mit meinem Freund zusammenziehe, wird meine sonnige, gemütliche Wohnung nun zum 01. Juni 2015 frei. Die ca. 50 m²-große Wohnung liegt im dritten OG (Fahrstuhl gibt’s auch), ist sehr hell, Küche, Bad sowie ein Zimmer liegen Richtung Süden, der zweite Raum Richtung Norden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 320 €.
Nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der Haltestelle Reudnitz/ Köhlerstr. entfernt, hat man eine perfekte Anbindung an den ÖPNV (Straßenbahn 4 und 7 sowie Bus 70, 72,73), außerdem auch diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Kaufland, Bäcker, Döner,...). Bis in die Innenstadt bzw. zur Uni sind es ca. 2 km, also mit Fahrrad oder Straßenbahn in 10 min erreichbar.
Auf Wunsch können Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank sowie die Küche übernommen werden. Einzugstermin wäre der 01. Juni, falls du ein paar Tage eher rein wölltest, dann sollte das machbar sein. Falls du Interesse hast, dann melde dich am besten per Telefon, sodass wir unkompliziert einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren können.
