Die Wohnung ist hell, geräumig und warm.
Es gibt einen Innenhof zum Fahhrad abstellen, eine Waschmaschine im Haus zur Mitbenutzung, das Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße raus, aber es ist sehr ruhig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein paar Kneipen, ein sehr nettes Café und ÖPNV sind gleich um die Ecke. In die Stadt braucht man mit der Straßenbahn unter 10Min.
Da ich beruflich ins Ausland gehe, würde ich mich sehr freuen, falls der/die NachmeiterIn Möbel übernimmt. Insbesondere meine Küche. Kleine Abstandszahlung können wir persönlich vereinbaren.
