Die Wohnung behaust seit 2011 eine WG von drei Personen. Im März 2017 wollen allerdings alle Mitbewohner auf einmal ausziehen. Deshalb suchen wir jetzt, mit dem Segen der Hausverwaltung, neue Nachmieter die eine neue WG gründen wollen. Die Wohnung eignet sich sehr gut als WG für bis zu drei Personen, ist nicht teuer und sehr zentral.
Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer: ein Wohnzimmer (oder WG-Schlafzimmer) mit schönem Stuck von ungefähr 18 qm2, ein Schlafzimmer von 16 qm2 und ein kleines Schlafzimmer von 10 qm2.
Wir zahlen aktuell 315 € kaltmiete - es kann allerdings sein dass die Miete um 50 € erhöht wird...
