Für den Zeitraum meines Auslandssemesters möchte ich meine möblierte Wohnung im Leipziger Waldstraßenviertel gerne untervermieten. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, ist voll möbliert und besteht aus einem großen Wohnraum mit Küche sowie einem separaten Schlafzimmer und einem Badezimmer.

For my study abroad term I would like to rent my furnished 2 room apartment in Leipzig's Waldstraßenviertel. The apartment is on the second floor, fully furnished and consists of a large living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom.
Deutsch:
Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Waldstraßenviertel. Die Tramstation Waldplatz ist in zwei Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen und mit der Tram braucht man ca. fünf Minuten in die Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad benötigt man etwa zehn Minuten in die Innenstadt. Außerdem sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Konsum, Aldi oder Rewe im direkten Umfeld.
English:
The apartment is located in the center of Leipzig in the so-called Waldstraßenviertel. The tram station Waldplatz is two minutes away from the apartment and from there one needs approximately five minutes to the city center. Of course, you can also take your bike, which will take about ten minutes. In addition, there are shopping opportunities around the corner, such as Konsum, Aldi or Rewe.

Der Zeitraum der Zwischenmiete ist flexibel und kann auch gerne bis März verlängert werden. Bei Interesse können wir gerne einen Besichtigungstermin vereinbaren.
