Ich biete meine Wohnung möbliert an einen Pendler an. Ich selbst arbeite in Frankfurt und pendle am Wochenende manchmal noch nach Hause, aber nicht mehr jede Woche, sondern nur alle 3 - 4 Wochen. Daher wäre ein Pendler ideal, der an den Wochenenden (meistens) nicht in der Wohnung sein wird bzw. mind. an den Wochenenden, wenn ich nach Vorankündigung da sein werde, entsprechend nicht da ist.
Waldstrassenviertel, 5 min zu Fuß zur Tram Nummer 4 bzw. ca. 10 Minuten zu allen Trams, welche am Waldplatz fahren. Die Wohnung liegt in direkter Nähe zum Stadion.
Bitte nur Pendler bzw. Mieter, welche akzeptieren, zu den Wochenenden, wo ich da sein werde, dann entsprechend nicht da zu sein.
