This beautiful, brightly designed apartment is located in the largest Gründerzeitviertel in Europe, called Waldstraßenviertel, near the Rosental park from the 17th century and downtown Leipzig. If you are a big fan of Scandinavian Design and retro charm in the midst of the beautiful atmosphere of an old and stunning building, you do love your stay here!
Nice cafes are just around the corner. To visit Leipzig's creatives, head to the west side of Leipzig – the typical tourist tour in the city centre is also within walking distance though. If you fancy renting a canoe, the city harbour is not far.
The tram stop 'Leibnizstraße' is only a few minutes' walk away. From here you can catch all trams and get off after only two stops at Leipzig Central Station.
The monthly rent is 950€ (including bills). You may also rent for a shorter period (at least 4 weeks) if that is of interest. The rental start/end is flexible. Just drop me a line—I speak both English and German.
