Sunny three bedroom apartment in Leipzig Zentrum-Nord

Hello!

My housemates and I are leaving our apartment in Leipzig Zentrum-Nord. It’s a sunny apartment with large rooms and good light. The apartment has 3 bedrooms + kitchen and bathroom. The building has a cellar for bikes and bike parking in the back. It is located on Berliner Straße, less than 10 minutes walk from the central station and on the third floor (no elevator).

We would like to find someone who needs a place to live in Leipzig long term, perhaps a small family or couple would be interested. At the moment we are a WG. Here are some specifications:

-Rent (warm): 750 euros - excluding gas and electricity
-important: the minimum contract is 1 year. Of course Anmeldung is given, since it is a formal contract between the landlord and you.

-2 rooms of 20m2 each and a room of 15m2 + kitchen and bathroom
-all rooms have windows, including the hallway, so a lot of sun comes in and it is very bright 🙂
-third floor without elevator
-Other families, and students live in the building. They are friendly and do not cause any problems or annoyance.
-If the person is interested, we can sell on the kitchen with everything included + washing machine (with this there would be flexibility). We would prefer to pass these things on to the new tenants, but alternative arrangements can be made. The cost of everything would not rise above 400 EUR.
