Hallo,
leider muss ich aus meiner wunderschönen Wohnung ausziehen, da ich mir die Miete alleine nicht leisten kann und niemanden gefunden habe, der mit mir die Wohnung zusammen als WG nutzen möchte.
Die Wohnung bietet alles was das Herz begehrt und ist wirklich in einem TOP-Zustand.
Es gibt 2 Zimmer + Küche (bleibt auch drin, im Mietpreis enthalten) + großen Flur + 2 Badezimmer (1 Gäste-WC, 1 BZ mit Dusche und Badewanne) + Balkon (zum Innenhof raus, von Küche und WZ aus begehbar).
Fußbodenheizung gibt es ebenfalls, einen kleinen Abstellraum in der Küche sowie im Hausflur und zusätzlichen Stauraum im Keller.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Obwohl es sehr ruhig ist, ist die Anbindung sehr gut. Bahnhaltestellen (Nordplatz oder Wilhelm-Liebknecht-Platz) in 1-2 Min. erreichbar (Linien 9,10,11,12,16). 1 Haltestelle zum Hbf, 2 Haltestellen zum Augustusplatz. Stadt auch zu Fuß in 5-10Min erreichbar. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Konsum) in der Straße.
Alles in allem wäre man momentan (exkl. Strom) bei 562€ Warmmiete -> 415€ + 147€ Nebenkosten. Die Wohnung wäre ab 01.02.2013 zu haben!
